3. Return Shipping Costs

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product;
  • A defective product;
  • An incorrect item;

Lovessabeauty will provide assistance and cover reasonable return shipping costs after verification.

Please contact us within 14 days after receiving your order and provide:

  • Order number;
  • Photos or videos showing the issue;
  • Description of the problem.

Customer Preference Returns

If you return an item because you changed your mind, selected the wrong product, or no longer need the item, the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.

The original shipping fee (if applicable) may not be refundable.
